基层电网公司员工薪酬满意度实证分析 被引量:6

摘要 文章通过对薪酬满意度相关文献研究,阐述了薪酬满意度的研究维度、理论基础、测量方法等,并以基层电网公司员工为研究对象,通过问卷调查得到135份有效问卷。采用因子分析法、相关性分析和回归分析法,验证了薪酬水平满意度和福利满意度仍是基层电网企业员工薪酬满意度的重要构成维度,且薪酬水平是影响员工薪酬满意度的关键因素,并基于以上结论,最后提出提高其薪酬满意度的相关建议。
