摘要
采用磁路计算与有限元分析相结合的方法,设计了一台220 V、55 W、额定转速3 000 r/min的单相自起动永磁同步电动机。借助电磁场有限元分析软件,对电机空载磁场、反电势、电机负载性能及电机起动过程进行了仿真分析。设计达到预期效果,对单相自起动永磁同步电动机的设计与仿真具有一定的参考价值。
Magnetic circuit analysis and finite element calculation method were combined for the design of a 220 V ,55 W, rated speed 3 000 r/rain line-start single-phase permanent magnet synchronous motor (LSPM). With finite element a- nalysis software, the motor no-load magnetic field, EMF, motor performance and motor load starting process were simulated. The desired effect was achieved,which had a certain reference value,for single-phase self-starting permanent magnet syn- chronous motor design and simulation.
