摘要
提出了一种无刷直流电动机转子位置无传感器检测的新方法:利用对称载波PWM调制所自含的高频谐波探测无刷直流电动机转子位置,并通过谐振带通滤波提取高频电流响应信号进行位置估计。该方法无需外注高频信号,控制算法简单易行,仿真和实验结果证明了该方法的有效性。
A new method to sensorlessly detect BLDCM's rotor position was presented, which used high order harmonic generated by symmetry carrier modulation as a detecting signal, and then extracted the corresponding high frequency current by resonant bandpass filtering. The current can be used to estimate rotor position for containing position information. This method doesnJt need injecting high frequency signal and therefore making control algorithm simple. Simulation and expel- mental results verified the validity of the proposed approach.
