摘要 研制的波轮洗衣机用永磁同步电机矢量控制系统,可以满足洗衣机高效率、低噪声的运转要求。针对波轮洗衣机的负载特性,采用了id=0的矢量控制方式。为降低成本,采用霍尔传感器检测转子位置,用下桥臂采样电阻来检测相电流。经实验验证,该系统运行可靠,满足波轮洗衣机的应用要求。 In this paper a PMSM vector control system was presented ,which can meet the demand of washing machine's high efficient and low noise. As for the load characteristics of the wave-wheel washing machine, the vector control mode was used. And in order to save the cost, the rotor position was detected by the Hall sensors and the phase currents are measured by two shunts in the low leg of the IGBT. At last, the experiment results show that the system is reliable, and can meet the demand of the wave-wheel washing machine application.
