摘要
[目的]探讨大肝癌切除术后并用双插管化疗对预防术后复发的作用。[方法]1989年～1996年 ,我们对76例原发性肝癌切除术后病例施行了经肝动脉、门静脉双插管化疗 ,67例行单纯手术切除。[结果]插管化疗组的1、2、3年复发率比对照组低10 %以上。[结论]原发性肝癌切除术后行双插管化疗是预防术后复发的有效方法。
To investigate the role of preventing recurrance with double IDDS(Implantable Drug Delivery System)chemotherapy in patients with postoperative recurrence large hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)From 1989 to 1996,76 cases were given adjuvant chemotherapy with double IDDS after HCC resection and 67 cases without chemotherapy postoperativelyThe 1,2,3 years recurrent rates in chemotherapy group were more than 10%,lower than those in control group[Conclusion]Postoperative adjuvant chemotherapy with double IDDS is an effective method to prevent recurrence in large HCC patients after hepatectomy
