摘要
[目的]观察食管癌术后早期肠内营养对机体免疫功能的影响。[方法]随机将50例食管癌病人分成两组 ,早期肠内营养(EEN)组(25例)和对照组(25例) ;分别在术前1天、术后1天、7天检测IgG、IgA、IgM及T细胞亚群、转铁蛋白。[结果]EEN组术后体液免疫(IgA、IgG)和T细胞亚群(CD3、CD 4、CD 4/CD 8)及转铁蛋白与对照组相比均有显著性差异(P<0 01) ,EEN组术后并发症有所减少。[结论]食管癌术后早期肠内营养能明显改善机体免疫功能。
To evaluate the impact on immunity in esophageal cancer with early postoperative enteral nutrition(EEN)Fifty patients undergoing esophageal cancer surgery were divided into two groups randomlyTwentyfive cases in EEN group had a nasojejual tube inserted during the operationThe enteral feeding started within the first 24 hours postoperatively and continued for 7 consecutive daysTwentyfive cases in control group had venous nutrition for 7 daysThe levels of IgG,IgA,IgM,CD 3 CD 4,CD 4/CD 8 were tested in one day before operation and day 1,day 7 after operationIgA,IgG,T cell subgroup(CD 3,CD 4,CD 4/CD 8)and siderophilin were significantly different between 2 groups(P<001)EEN group had less postoperative complications[Conclusions]EEN could improve immmunity in esophageal cancer patients
