星形细胞瘤中bcl-2和p16蛋白的表达及意义

摘要 [目的]研究bcl 2和p16蛋白与人脑星形细胞瘤发生的关系。[方法]收集人脑星形细胞瘤标本进行SP染色。[结果]bcl 2在星形细胞瘤中阳性表达率为66 67%(30/45) ,且表达率与星形细胞瘤病理分级无关。p16在星形细胞瘤中阳性表达率为48 89%(22/45) ,显著低于对照组 ,且病理级别越高 ,p16阳性表达率越低。p16与bcl 2表达之间无相关性。[结论]bcl 2和p16蛋白的表达与星形细胞瘤的发生、发展有较密切的关系 ,但它们在星形细胞瘤的发生中可能各自有独立的作用机制。 To investigate the expression of bcl2 and p16 proteins in human astrocytomasFortyfive astrocytoma specimens were studied by SP method with monoclonal antibody against bcl2 and p16 proteins30 cases were bcl2 positive(positive rate 6667%),and there was no significant relation between the positive expression of bcl2 and the grade of astrocytoma22 cases were p16 positive(4889%),lower than that in nontumor brain tissues,and p16 positive rate was lower in high grade gliomas than that in low grade onesThere was no significant relation among the expression of bcl2 and p16[Conclusion]The bcl2 and p16 gene might be involved in tumorigenesis and development of astrocytomas,and they might play roles independently
