摘要
介绍橡胶低温粉碎原理,设计LNG冷能用于橡胶低温粉碎的工艺流程,分析粉碎过程用冷特性,筛选了冷介质。以5000t/a胶粉生产规模为例,模拟了橡胶低温粉碎过程LNG冷能利用情况。
The principle of cryogenic comminution of rubber is introduced. The process of cryo- genic comminution of rubber with cold energy is designed. The utilization characteristics of cold energy during the comminution are analyzed, and the cold media are screened. The utilization of LNG cold ener- gy during cryogenic comminution of rubber in 5 000 t/a rubber powder production is simulated.
