摘要
为了研究生物质炭催化裂解焦油过程中气化反应的影响,对两种生物质炭(玉米秸秆炭、锯末炭)的气化特性进行了实验研究,对反应机理进行了分析。随着气化温度的上升,气化气中的H2体积分数显著增大,CO2体积分数显著减小,CO体积分数较快增大。随着反应时间的延长,炭的气化率上升,但是上升趋势变缓。
In order to study the influence of gasification reaction during catalytic cracking of tar from biomass char, the gasification performance of two kinds of biomass chars ( maize straw char and saw- dust char) is studied, and the reaction mechanism is analyzed. With the increase of gasification tempera- ture, the volume fraction of H2 in gasification gas is significantly increased, the volume fraction of CO2 is significantly decreased, and the volume fraction of CO is rapidly increased. With the prolongation of re- action time, the gasification rate of biomass char is increased, but the increase trend becomes slow.
