摘要
为适应不断发展的选煤工艺要求,并简化实验室试验步骤,文章通过几组0~3mm粒级煤样浮沉试验数据与分为0~0.5mm粒级小浮沉和0.5~3mm粒级大浮沉合并数据的对比,探讨了利用离心机进行0~3mm粗煤泥小浮沉试验的可行性,从而拓展了煤粉浮沉试验方法 (GB/T19092)中粒度的适用范围,简化了试验步骤,可更快、更好地为生产服务。
To suite requirement of continuously development of coal preparation process and simplify test steps in laboratory, based on the comparison of data from 0 - 3 mm size fraction float - and - sink test with the combined data which from the 0 -0.5mm size fraction float - and - sink analysis and 0.5 -3mm size fraction, analyzed the feasibility of making 0 - 3 mm coarse coal slime float - and - sink test using centrifuge, expanded the applicable scope of particle size of coal fines in float - and - sink test method set in standard of GB/T19092 and simplified the test steps, so it can better service for production.
