摘要
天钢炼铁厂200万t链篦机-回转窑球团生产线使用高硅磁铁矿和国内低品味赤铁矿,使成品球抗压强度受到影响。通过实验研究和生产实践,找出影响成品球抗压强度的主要影响因素。通过调整造球参数、采用薄料层快机速、提高预热和焙烧温度等途径,使成品球抗压强度稳定在2500~3200N/个,提高了成品球质量。
The crushing strength of finish pellet was affected when high silicon magnetite and domestic low grade hematite were adopted at 2 000 000 t grate rotary kiln production line of the Iron-making Plant,Tianjin Iron and Steel Group Company Limited(TISCO).The major influential factors were found through experimental study and production practice.The finish pellet quality was improved after pellet crushing strength was stabilized at 2 500~3 200 N/piece by adjusting pelletizing parameters,adopting thin bed and fast grate speed and increasing preheating and heating temperature.
