摘要
天钢4#板坯连铸机生产的板坯,存在贯穿表面中心部位裂纹等缺陷。针对此问题,对天钢4#板坯连铸机所使用的A、B型保护渣的物理、化学性能及相关数据进行了采集和分析,确定了A型、B型保护渣所匹配的钢种;通过裂纹缺陷的统计分析,确定了所使用的A型、B型保护渣不是造成铸坯壳中心裂纹缺陷的主要原因;还指出A型、B型保护渣与目前各连铸工艺相匹配,基本能够满足生产要求。
Defects such as longitudinal crack run through the slab surface center were found on the slab produced by TISCO Slab Caster 4.In order to solve the problem,the authors analyze the physical and chemical properties of the mould powders of type A and B used at Slab Caster 4 and collect relevant data so as to determine their matching grades.Crack statistics and analysis show these two types of mould powder are not main reasons causing central crack on slab shell.It is also pointed out that the mould powder of type A and B match with casting process and can basically meet production requirement.
