介绍了天钢产销一体化系统中仓库管理模块从需求分析、体系结构到数据库设计、界面设计的开发的实现过程。简述了对仓库的组织结构、业务流程及管理要求进行的分析,缩短出入库吊运时间,合理布局仓库,提高生产效率,细化仓库管理精度等内容。在操作界面方面,充分考虑仓库管理人员与操作人员的使用要求,完成了能够满足实用要求的仓库管理开发工作。

The paper introduces the development and realization procedure of warehouse management module in TISCO production and marketing integration system,from demand analysis and system structure to database and interface design.After analysis was made on warehouse organization structure,operation process and management requirement,stocking and delivery time was shortened and warehouse arrangement rationalized to improve production efficiency and refine warehouse management precision.The requirement by the staff and operator in warehouse was fully taken into consideration in HMI.The development of warehouse management meeting practical demand was fulfilled.
