膝关节镜下后交叉韧带重建术

Arthroscopically Assisted Posterior Cruciate Ligament Reconstruction

为使膝关节后交叉韧带重建手术定位准确、固定牢固、减小手术创伤 ,能够早期功能康复 ,于 1997年 11月开展膝关节镜下后交叉韧带重建手术 ,至 1999年 4月共治疗后交叉韧带断裂患者 7例 ,近期观察效果良好。结果表明关节镜下手术创伤小 ,骨道定位准确 ,能够做到等长重建。应用自体髌腱 (中 1/ 3)移植重建后交叉韧带 ,两端带有骨块 ,重建的韧带最终可达到牢固的生物学固定 ,是较为理想的自体重建材料。根据实践 ,结合具体病例 ,介绍了膝关节镜下重建后交叉韧带的经验。

In order to make the bone tunnel in optimal position, effective and firm fixation, early functional recovery and minor injury of operation,we have reconstructed posterior cruciate ligament (PCL) assisted with arthroscope and 7 cases of patients with PCL rupture were treated between November 1997 and April 1999. The clinical results indicated that the injuries of operation using arthroscope were minor, fixed bone graft were accurate and reconstructed PCL were isometricity. The reconstructed ligament could be fixed biologically and firmly because of using patellar tendon autograft with bone grafts at two ends. Clinical experiences of arthroscopical PCL reconstruction were analyzed and summarized combined with clinical practice.
