本文通过对电子招投标概念的分析与定义,针对目前国内电子招投标推行现状和计算机及网络技术发展趋势,阐述推行电子招投标的现实意义;剖析研究当前电子招投标面临的问题,就电子招标投标的系统功能、技术保障、信息共享、服务机制和行政监督方式等提出相应的对策与建议。

This article defines and analyzes the conception of the electronic bidding ＆ tendering, It expatiates the actualization of urging on the electronic bidding ＆ tendering basing on the current domestic status of its application and the trend of network technology; meanwhile, this article gives the countermeasures and suggestions on the systematic functions / technical guarantee / information sharing / service and administrative supervision of the electronic bidding ＆ tendering as well by the reserch / analysis of the problems of using the current electronic bidding ＆ tendering method.
