大学生“对话式”思想政治教育研究

On "Conversational" Ideological Education for College Students

对大学生进行"对话式"思想政治教育,是坚持"以人为本"指导思想的必然要求,是增强思想政治教育实效性的重大举措,是激发学生创造力的重要途径。为完善大学生思想政治教育的方法体系,应在把握"对话式"思想政治教育的基本理念和运用艺术的基础上,结合思想政治教育的具体特点,来运用对话的艺术。具体应从充分的准备、引人的开端、平等的态度、透彻的说理、灵活的应变和圆满的结尾这六个方面入手。

Abstract： ＂Conversational＂ ideological education complies essentially with the requirements of ＂people-often- ted＂ policy, an important measure of enhancing ideological education and a major means of stimulate creativity on the part of students. To perfect the methodological system of college student ideological education, it is crucial to establish application of this method and art on the basis of the characteristics of ideological education, fundamental conception and the art of ＂conversational＂ education. Specifically, there are six important aspects concerning ＂conversational＂ ideological education ： adequate preparation, an inviting beginning, attitude with a sense of equal-ity, thorough reasoning, flexible responses and perfect ending.
