摘要
媒人是宋元话本小说中的重要角色,他们有着鲜明的群体特征,同时也是小说中的"结构性人物",对小说故事情节的发展起着重要作用。宋元话本中还有不同类型的说媒场景,说媒场景对于人物形象的塑造、话本小说市井氛围的营造和情节的发展有着不容忽视的功能。
Match makers are rather important characters in Song-Yuan story scripts. They have vivid group in- dividuality, and they are ＂structural characters＂, quite important for the development of story plots. There are also various scenes of match making, and these scenes are noticeably functional for character depiction, creating worldly folk atmosphere for the setting of story scripts, and the development of story plots.
