摘要
为了计算机械自紧厚壁圆筒在加载阶段的应力应变,利用空间轴对称问题的基本方程及合理的假设,对具有理想弹塑性材料模型的厚壁圆筒加载过程进行了弹塑性分析,对加载阶段的冲头进行了弹性分析.利用机械自紧加载过程中的边界条件和连续性条件,推导出了塑性半径的计算公式以及厚壁圆筒和冲头在加载过程中的应力应变.为了验证公式的正确性,对10种不同过盈量的机械自紧过程进行了数值模拟,将塑性半径的理论值与数值模拟的结果进行比较,发现理论计算结果与数值模拟的结果非常接近.
To investigate the stress and the strain of thick cylinder during loading, by utilizing the equations of the spacial axisymmetric problem and intoducing reasonable assumptions, the elastic analysis for swage and elasto-plastic analysis for thick-walled cylinder having perfect elasto-plastic model were done. By utilizing the boundary condition and continuity condition of swaging, the calculations of plasic radius and the stress and strain of thick-walled cylinder and mandrel during the loading were deduced. In oder to verify the accuracy, swaging simulations of ten kinds of different excesses were tried. The theoretical value of plastic radius shows good agreement with rusults of numerical simulation.
