构建高校意识形态教育体系的路径探析

意识形态是与经济基础相对应的作为上层建筑的思想观念体系,高校加强构建意识形态教育体系意义重大。面对社会发展的深刻变化,高校意识形态工作存在诸多不适应的地方。文章从坚持马克思主义在意识形态领域的主导地位,提高对各种错误思潮的政治辨识力和抵制力;加强高校的思想政治理论课建设,不断提高意识形态教育能力;加强队伍建设,为牢牢把握党对高校意识形态工作的主导权提供人才保障和智力支持;弘扬社会主义核心价值体系,用中国特色社会主义共同理想凝聚高校师生;增强阵地意识,不断提高传媒多元化语境下宣传舆论的主导能力;加强传播主体的示范性建设,广大党员领导干部责无旁贷等六个方面就加强构建高校意识形态教育体系的重要路径进行了探析。

Ideology and Economic foundation are corresponding to be the system of ideas of superstructure. It is sig-nificant for colleges to strengthen ideological education and its construction. Many aspects of ideological education at college don＇ t adapt to the profound changes of social development. This paper analyzed the important methods to strengthen ideological education at colleges and its construction from six aspects, such as, persisting in the leading place of Marxism in the field of ideology, promoting political identification and resistance to the wrong trend of thoughts;not able to dealing with the relation between unified Guiding ideology and Cultural diversity;strengthening team construction in order to providing Talents and intelligence support for the Party to grasp the dominant power of ideological works at colleges;carrying forward the socialist core value system, condensing teachers and students of college through the common ideal of socialism with Chinese characteristics;enhancing the awareness of the position and continuously improving the leading ability under the media diversified context;strengthening the construction of demonstrative role of communication and unshirkable responsibility of the majority of Party members and leading ca-dres.
