University library is an important part of campus culture construction, while campus culture construction of university cannot carry out without the effective advancement of library. This paper focused on the three ways of university library＇ s improvement of campus culture construction. It put forward that it should pay attention to hard- ware perfection of university library, effectively improve campus material culture construction;emphasize software perfection of university library, effectively improve campus spiritual culture construction;pay attention to regulation perfection of university library and improve campus regulation culture construction.
