糖化血红蛋白能否作为我国糖尿病的诊断指标? 被引量:5

摘要 随着人们生活方式的快速改变,糖尿病正迅速成为重要的公共健康问题,据统计我国患有糖尿病的成年人口高达0.924亿,另外还有1.428亿糖尿病前期患者[1]。长期以来糖尿病的诊断标准一直基于血糖水平与糖尿病慢性并发症之间的关系,将空腹血糖、口服葡萄糖耐量试验(OGTT)、2h血糖水平作为诊断糖尿病的重要依据。
