高校英语专业人才培养模式的改革与研究

随着社会主义市场经济的不断发展,改革开放的不断深入,我国高校英语专业人才的培养模式不断面临着新问题和新挑战。高校英语专业传统的以培养语言技能为主要目标的课程设置及培养模式,已经不能满足当今社会发展的需求。因此,高校英语专业的人才培养模式必须进行一系列改革,使得在培的英语专业人才既要具备扎实的英语语言基础和丰富的文化知识,又要成为能在各个领域运用英语的复合型、应用型英语人才。

Since the reform and opening up, the socialist market economy system has put forward new requirements for talent cultivation mode of English majors of higher education. The traditional teaching model which stresses on development of language skills could not meet the demands of social development today. Thus, talent cultivation mode of English majors of higher education must be reformed in order to cultivate compound talents who can use English effectively in different fields with solid foundation and wide knowledge in English.
