Building Smarter Cities through Industrial Chain Effect

随着新一代信息技术的不断演进和发展,全球"智慧城市"新模式的孕育和建设,国家十二五规划的推动和支持,我国大力加快智慧城市建设的步伐,大规模的城市信息化升级正拉开帷幕,并带来一场产业链的盛宴。然而长久以来,城市管理精细化不足,资源共享、产业协调等方面都存在一定问题,因此,如何统筹资源,打破体制障碍,发挥智慧城市产业链和生态圈最大化效应成为智慧城市发展的关键。本文通过分析智慧城市产业链,找出各主体间合作基础和共赢点,在产业链整合资源、协调推进方面提出促进智慧城市发展的建议。

As information technology develops, China is speeding up its pace in build- ing smarter cities. Problems have been existed, however, for a long time in the past, concerning insufficient management, poor share of resources and industrial coordination. The key to solve this issue is better allocation of resources and breaking through institutional barriers, so as to maximize the effect of the industrial chain and the eco-circle. The paper analyzes the founda- tion of cooperation and mutual success among all parties, and provides suggestions for promoting smarter cities.
