摘要
空气中乙酰甲胺磷用聚氨酯泡沫塑料吸附和甲醇解吸 ,经 2 % DEGS色谱柱分离 ,火焰光度检测器检测。方法的检出限为 0 .0 5 2 mg/ m3,当标准溶液浓度为 3~ 15 m g/ L时 ,相对标准偏差为 4.5 %~ 2 .3% ,线性范围为 0 .2~ 1.0 mg/ m3。解吸效率大于 85 % ,采样效率为 10 0 % ,样品在采样管中稳定时间 2 4小时。通过现场试验 ,该方法快速简便、准确可靠 ,适用于车间空气中乙酰甲胺磷的测定。
WTBZ Acephate in the air was collected with polyurethane foamed plastics, desorbed with methanl, separated with a column 2% DEGS and determined by GC FPD. The detectable limit was 0 052mg/m 3. When the concentration of standard solution was 3~15μg/ml,the relative standard deviation(RSD) was 4 5%~2 3%. The desorption efficiency was above 85%. The sampling efficiency was 100%. The samples were stable for 24h. It was proved that the method was accurate, fast and simple. It was suitable for the determination of acephate in the air.
