On Evolution of Technological Values

技术价值的进化是在技术系统的发展和技术活动的过程中进行的,是一个不断认识技术价值、评价和选择技术价值、创造和生产技术价值、转移和实现技术价值的复杂过程,总的过程遵循技竞人择、倍积效应和生态约束三大规律。技术价值进化到今天表现出三个特点,即在整体上突出生态价值,在方向上转向人文价值,在目标上追求多样价值。

The evolution of technological value goes along with the development of techno- logical system and in the process of technological activities. It is a comprehensive process of knowing, evaluating, creating, producing, transmitting and realizing the value of technology. The main principles include technology evolution, multiplying effect, and eco-constraint. There are three characteristics：the ecological value on the whole, humanistic value in terms of direction, and multi-goal pursuit.
