摘要
是否节电和是否会改变水泥工作性能是立磨终粉磨水泥未能得到推广的两个主要问题。对此,华润水泥技术委员会对水泥立磨终粉磨系统进行了考察,对A、B、C三家集团企业的大量实验研究和生产实际数据进行了对比分析,得到水泥立磨终粉磨系统技经优势如下:1)节电;2)单机能力大,占地面积小;3)产品性不亚于辊压机+球系统生产的水泥;4)工艺流程简单,运行稳定;5)对物料水分和易磨性适应性强,且易于产品更换。
Wether or not it saves power and changes cement performance are two main problems why that vertical mill finish grinding system is not so popularized. And so China Resource Cement Technology Committee investigated vertical mill finish grinding system of A,B and C Group and contrasted a great deal of experiment study and real data, and the superiority of vertical mill cement finish grind- ing summarized as follows:1)power saving;2)high capacity and small occupied area;3)produet performance equals to that of roller press+ ball mill system;4)simple process and stalbe operation;5)strong adaptability to different water content and grindability of raw material, and easy to change product.
