摘要
水泥生产中熟料粉碎是一个最大的耗能环节,最大限度减少破碎过程中的能耗具有重大现实意义。利用软件(RFPA)进行模拟了含有不同液相率的水泥熟料巴西圆盘试样受压缩的破碎过程,试验研究了不同物料液相率对高温水泥熟料破碎耗能的影响。结果表明,破碎失效最大载荷和破碎需要的功耗随着液相率从0%~10%的增大而减小,但材料的强度随不同液相率的增大而减小,因此在确保熟料品质前提下,水泥熟料的液相率越大对水泥的粉碎越有利。
In cement production, as clinker grinding is one of the highest energy-consuming sectors, it is of important practical signifi- cance to decrease crushing energy to the maximum. By RFPA software, compression failure process of different liquid rate of Brazilian disc clinker speciment was simulated. According to the results, the maximaum failure load and energy consumption will decrease with the increase of clinker liquid rate in range of 0%-10%, but the strength will be unchanged, So on the premise of clinker quality guaran- teed, higher liquid rate is benefit for cement crushing.
