摘要
针对温度计保护套管在石油化工项目中的应用现状,介绍了保护套管的性能、振动的计算方法以及保护套管的受力分析;阐述了保护套管振动的原因、自然频率、激励频率、最大许用应力的各种计算公式;详细介绍了ASTM PTC 19.3—2010中关于共振、自然频率、激励频率以及两者之间的限制关系等的相关内容;最后针对工程设计过程中应该注意的事项提出了建议。
The accounting methods and stress analysis of thermowell in the application of the thermowells in petrochemical engineering project are introduced, the formulas of thermowell vibration causes, natural frequency, excitation frequency, maximum allowable stress are elaborated, and resonance, natural frequency, excitation frequency, and limits between them in ASME PTC 19.3--2010 are introduced in detail. Finally, proposals are put forward against matters need attention during the engineering design.
