干扰素生产废水处理试验及生物相分析 被引量:3

摘要 采用水解酸化与生物接触氧化组合工艺对干扰素生产废水进行试验研究,并考察其处理效果,观察生物接触氧化工艺中生物相。结果表明:该组合工艺对出水COD的去除率大于90%,出水COD低于40 mg/L,且运行稳定后生物接触氧化槽中污泥浓度较低。对生物相的显微镜观察可知生物接触氧化槽中生物相种类以藻类为主。 The combined process of hydrolytic acidification and bio-contact oxidation was used in interferon wastewater treatment,and treatment effect of the process was analysed.Also the biological phase of bio-contact oxidation tank was observed.The results indicated that removal efficiency of the process for COD was higher than 90%,the effluent COD concentration of the wastewater was less than 40 mg/L.When the system was in normal operation,the bio-contact oxidation tank had a lower concentration.The microscopic observation showed that the algae were the main biological type in the activated sludge reactor.
