摘要
车辆冷却系统保证了发动机在最适宜的温度范围内工作,由于煤矿井下环境的特殊性,因此汽车发动机冷却系统的设计工作在井下车辆的研发中具有非常重要地位,冷却系统的各个重要部件的准确设计计算对保证冷却系统的工作性能非常重要。通过对某型防爆胶轮车柴油发动机冷却系统进行设计计算与分析后对水冷式散热器总成合理选型,保证防爆发动机工作在最适宜的温度范围内。
The vehicle engine eooling system ensures the most suitable working temperature range, with the special of underground environment in coal mine, so the work of automotive engine cooling system of design is very important in the coal mines vehicles research, the cooling system of all major components designed to ensure accurate calculation of the cooling system performance is very important. To calculated and analyzed the characteristics of the cooling system of flameproof rubber tire vehicle ,the radiator and fan matched, to ensure the flameproof motor in the most appropriate temperature range.
