摘要
运用经验公式对防爆柜进行简单的理论计算,得到防爆柜的各个尺寸参数。根据有限元建模原则对柜体结构进行简化,利用三维绘图软件Pro/E对防爆柜进行建模,然后导入ANSYS对模型进行结构有限元分析,得到防爆柜的应力及变形图。根据分析结果修改部分参数,在满足刚度强度的条件下完成防爆柜结构的优化。
The experience formula is used to do simple theoretical calculation of the explosion-proof cabinet, and get the geometric dimensioning of the explosion-proof cabinet. According to the modeling principle of finite element method simplify the structure of cabinet, and make use of the 3D software Pro/E to model the explosion-proof cabinet. Then import the model to ANSYS to do finite element analysis, getting the cloud pictures of equivalent stress and deformation. Modify some parameters according to the results of analysis, and complete the structure optimization of the explosion-proof cabinet complying with the requirements of stiffness and intensity.
