摘要
介绍了国内各种液压支架用自动喷雾控制阀(以下简称控制阀)的结构和工作原理。针对目前控制阀在进行型式检验时开启压力和阻力损失不合格率相对较高,主要表现为开启压力过大或者打不开以及阻力损失过大的现状,进行了理论分析,通过分析得出了导致控制阀开启压力过大或者打不开以及阻力损失过大的根本原因,提出了改进措施,对液压支架用控制阀设计、加工、制造具有指导意义。
