摘要
目的 :观察升降散治疗糖尿病性胃轻瘫的效果。方法 :4 1例糖尿病性胃轻瘫分为治疗组31例 ,对照组 10例。治疗组在用足量降糖药物的同时加用中药升降散治疗 ,疗程 4W ;对照组单用降糖药物治疗。结果 :治疗组对上腹部饱胀、餐后不适、早饱、恶心呕吐、嗳气等消化不良症状总有效率为 80 .2 % ,对照组仅 2 1.3% ,两组有非常显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1)。治疗后治疗组 3h和 5h钡条总排出率为 83.33%和 96.66% ,对照组为 58%和 78% ,两组有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5)。结论 :升降散对改善糖尿病性胃轻瘫患者的消化不良症状。
Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of Shengjiang powder on diabetic gastroparesis.Method:41 cases of diabetic gastroparesis were randomly allocated to treatment group(31 cases) and control group (10 cases).Treatment group was treated with oral hypoglycemic agent and self prepared Shengjiang powder,and control group with oral hypoglycemic agent alone.The course of treatment was 4 weeks.Result:The total effective rate of the symptoms of dyspepsia such as epigastric satiety,malaise after meal,nausea and vomitting,beching was 80.2%,while 21.3% in control group(P<0.01).The removal rate of opaque X ray sign in 3 hours and in 5 hours after treatment were 83.33%,96.66% in treatment group,while 58%,78% in control group respectively(P<0.05).Conclusion:Shengjiang powder possesses a definitive effect on dyspepsia in the patients with diabetic gastroparesis and can promote the gastric emptying.
