摘要
连接头是连接液压支架与刮板输送机的连接部件,是采煤工艺中推溜和拉架工序中传递力的主要部件。针对ZY8800/17/35液压支架连接头断裂的问题,应用Pro/E三维建模,ANSYS分析软件对其进行应力分析,为防止和减少连接头断裂问题的发生提供了理论依据,提高了液压支架连接头的可靠性。
The connector is an important part to connect hydraulic support and scraper conveyor. Also, it's the main part to transfer force in hydraulic support pull and scraper conveyor push process. Aimed at the ZY8800/17/35 hydraulic support connector break problem,this thesis uses Pro/E 3D modeling tools to build the connector model,and then uses ANSYS to analyses the stress. According to the analysis result, this thesis gives out the reasons of connector break problem, and advances the reliability of hydraulic support connectors.
