摘要 基于齿形误差定义及渐开线齿轮齿形形成法,给出一种齿形误差测量与评定方法。利用三坐标测量机获得齿轮实际齿形轮廓上点的坐标,在AutoCAD中用三次样条函数拟合出实际齿形轮廓。依据展成法原理,将理论展开角度下对应的展开长度增量Δg实际值与理论值比较,得到实际齿轮的齿形误差。通过测量实验,验证了该方法的可行性。与传统齿形误差测量方法相比,具有数据采集效率高、评定方法简便、测量结果精确等特点。 A method of tooth profile error measurement and evaluation is given on the basis of the definition of profile error and the generating method of involute gear. The coordinates of points in the actual tooth profile are obtained by using three-coordinate measurement machine, and the practical tooth profile is fitted with cubic spline function in AutoCAD. Then the tooth profile error of gear is obtained through comparison the actual value with the theoretical value of "Ag" according to the principle of generating method. The feasibility of this method is verified by measurement experiment. Compared with the traditional measurement method of profile error, the method has some advantages, such as high efficiency of data acquisition, simple evaluation method and accurate measurement results.
