摘要
为提高复杂零件数控加工效率和质量,提出了一种简便的、快捷的、优化的设计方法。以凹形凸台高效率、高质量多轴数控加工为目标,结合企业生产实际,采用Cimatron专业加工模块进行设计,采用优化的数控加工工艺对零件进行多轴数控加工编程。实验结果表明该零件的加工质量达到了预期的加工要求,为复杂零件的数控加工提供了设计思路和方法,对其他类零件的数控加工方案具有重要的指导意义。
In order to improve the machining efficiency and quality of complex parts, a handy, quick and optimized method is introduced. To machine efficiently and critically multi-axis machining of concave boss, combines practice of enterprise ,adopts specialty machining module of Cimatron to design. Adopts optimized machining technics to program with multi-axis machining on parts.Experiment results indecate that the machining quality of the parts accords with the anticipative machining requiements. Provides design idea and means for CNC machining of complex parts. It is significant for machining project of other parts.
