喷雾供水装置是决定采煤机能否安全生产的重要部件,它在采煤机滚筒的降温,工作面灭尘,扑灭摩擦火花等方面起到重要作用。然而采煤机工作环境恶劣,工况条件极其复杂,喷雾供水装置在随采煤机摇臂升降割煤的过程中,容易受到煤块、矸石以及输送机等碰撞,损坏。通过改进喷雾供水装置结构,提高其可靠性,为矿井工作面安全生产提供有力保障。

Spray water supply device is an important part of equipment, which will determine safe production of coal mining machine, it plays an important role in cooling of coal mining machine roller, dust extinguishing of mining face, putting out friction spark and so on. However working condition is extremely bad and complex for coal mining machine, spray water supply device is easy to be collided and damaged by coal block, gangue and conveyor during lift-drop of coal winning machine and the process of coal cutting rocker. Mine safety production will be guaranteed by improving spray water supply device structure and increase reliability.
