摘要 在充分考虑加工工艺及制造资源的限制情况下,采用面向制造的设计(DFM)方法,基于Pro/E平台,利用二次开发工具Pro/Toolkit和VC++.NET MFC类库,开发了液压支架的CAD/CAPP/CAM集成系统,实现了液压支架的CAD/CAPP/CAM系统集成,并给出了液压支架CAD/CAPP/CAM系统的详细设计方案,为实现设计与制造的集成化、自动化做了有益的探索。 Considering limit of machining methods and manufacturing resources, the CAD/CAPP/CAM integrated platform of hydraulic supports is developed on basis of Pro/E platform. The design for manufacturing (DFM) and is applied. The secondary development tools Pro/Toolkit and the VC++.NET MFC are used. The integration of hydraulic supports CAD/CAPP/CAM system is realized. The particular design plan of hydraulic supports CAD/CAPP/CAM system is delivered. It is a valuable researching for realization of designing and manufacturing integration and automation.
