摘要
在卷烟纸上添加磷酸钾燃烧助剂,采用热重分析和卷烟常规烟气分析方法,研究了磷酸钾添加量对卷烟纸及卷烟烟气的影响。结果表明:(1)增加磷酸钾添加量可以降低卷烟纸初始热解温度和热解活化能;(2)卷烟纸的磷酸钾含量为1%~2.5%时,卷烟每口烟气的CO量较低;(3)以卷烟每口烟气的焦油量作为评价标准,增加磷酸钾添加量,能够导致卷烟每口烟气焦油物质递送量的增加。
The effect of adding dosage of potassium phosphate on cigarette paper performance and cigarette smoke was studied with Thermo gravimetric analysis and routine smoke analysis. Results show that: (1) Increasing the additives dosage may reduce the initial thermal decomposition temperature and pyrolysis activation energy of cigarette paper; (2) Carbon monoxide content in cigarette mainstream smoke per puff is lower when the adding dosage of potassium phosphate is 1% -2.5%; (3) Increasing adding dosage of potassium phosphate on cigarette paper can lead to the increase of tar material per puff:
