摘要
以原色纸浆纤维为原料制备快餐盒、碗,更能体现绿色环保理念,受到餐饮业的极大欢迎。本文针对生产实际中原色纸浆纤维模塑制品产生气味的问题,分析了其产生的原因,并通过轻漂工艺除味法和改变原色竹浆蒸煮工艺两种途径较好地解决了此难题。
The snack box bowl with primary colors pulp fibers as raw material can reflect the idea of greenery, which is broadly used in the restaurant industry. In this paper, the reason to the odor problem of pulp molded products was introduced. The two measures of lightly bleaching and improving cooking was taken to solve the odor problem of bamboo pulp.
