摘要 直线滚动导轨广泛应用于各种数控机床,其动态特性对机床整机的动态特性影响很大,所以导轨动态特性的获取有很重要的意义。设计了可同时对导轨进行法向和切向加载的加载机构,对GGB45BAL型直线滚动导轨进行了不同大小外载荷下的模态试验,获取了该导轨的动态特性及其随外载荷的变化规律,即两阶固有频率都会随着载荷的增加而增大,增幅随载荷方向的变化而变化,导轨两阶阻尼比都会随着载荷的增加而减小,但变化较小。这为机床整机动力学建模提供了依据。 Linear rolling guide has gained wide application in various CNC machines. Its dynamic characteristics play great impact on the dynamic characteristics of machine tools. It is therefore necessary to study the dynamic behavior of linear rolling guide, in this paper, a loading device which can Load in two directions -- in normal and tangential direction -- was designed, modal experimental approach was used with the aim of studying effects of external load on dynamic behavior of linear rolling guide. The result is that two steps natural frequencies increased when the load increased, growth rate changed when the direction of the load changed, two steps damping ratio decreased when the load increased with a little changing. It provides the basis for dynamic modeling of machine tools. [ Ch, 8 fig. 1 tab. 9 ref. ]
