螯合树脂在线富集火焰原子吸收法测定痕量铅和镉 被引量:4

Determination of Trace Lead and Cadmium by Online Chelating Resin Preconcentration coupled with Flame Atomic Absorption Spectrometry

摘要 在pH=4.88的乙酸-乙酸钠缓冲溶液中,用螯合离子交换树脂富集铅和镉,以1.50mol/L HNO3作洗脱液,火焰原子吸收法测定洗脱液中痕量铅和镉。该方法对铅和镉的线性范围分别是4.0~80.0μg/L和2.0~30.0μg/L,检出限分别为1.3μg/L和0.7μg/L。该方法用于地表水中痕量铅和镉的测定,分析结果满意。 Low cost chelating ion exchange resin was used for the preconcentration of lead and cadmium in acetic acid-sodium acetate buffer(pH=4.88) medium. 1.50 mol/L HNOa was employed as the eluent and the eluted lead and cadmium were measured by on-line flame atomic absorption spectrometry. The linear ranges of lead and cadmium were 4.0~80.0 and 2.0-30.0 9g/L with the detection limits of 1.3 and 0.7 btg/L,respectively. The method was used to measure the trace lead and cadmium in surface water and satisfactory results were obtained.
