摘要
建立了食品模拟物中十二内酰胺的高效液相色谱测定方法。采用Acclaim C18色谱柱,以水-乙腈为流动相,梯度洗脱,于波长210nm处进行测定。在优化条件下,水基食品模拟物和橄榄油的线性范围分别为1.0~20.0mg/L、1.0~20.0mg/kg,检测限分别为0.5mg/L和0.5mg/kg,回收率为93%~105%。该方法可满足食品模拟物中十二内酰胺的测定。
A method for the determination of laurolactam in food simulants by high performance liquid chromatography was established, using an Acclaim C18 column and acetonitrile/water as the mobile phase for gradient elution. Under the optimal conditions, the proposed method showed a good linearity in the range of 1.0~20 mg/L for aqueous food simulant and 1.0~2.0 mg/kg for olive oil with detection limits of 0.5 mg/L and 0.5 mg/kg, respectively.
