摘要
目的探索高校教师慢性疲劳患者知己健康管理的效果。方法选择来本院就诊的慢性疲劳状态的高校教师36例为研究对象进行知己健康管理,采用运动饮食量化、平衡膳食、健康教育和心理疏导等管理方法进行强化管理3个月。结果强化管理后,随着患者总运动量、有效运动量、有效运动时间及有效运动次数的增加(P<0.01),体质量指数、腰围及疲劳分值与管理前相比,呈明显下降趋势,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论运用知己健康管理法对高校慢性疲劳患者进行强化管理效果显著,值得进一步推广。
Objective To evaluate the effect of a systematic health management for teachers with chronic fatigue in universities. Methods A total of 36 university teachers with chronic fatigue were selected and managed with the systematic health management including the exercise treatment, quantification diet, health education and psychological coumseling for 3 months. Results After the systematic management, as the total exercise quantity, the effective exercise quantity, and the time and frequency of the effective exercise significantly increased (P〈0.01), the body mass index, waistline, and fatigue points significantly decreased (P 〈 0. 01 ). Conclusions The systematic health management is very effective for university teachers with chronic fatigue.
