摘要
粗纺细特羊绒纱是羊绒产品高端化的必然要求。针对粗纺细特羊绒纱生产流程短、纺纱难度大的特点,从原料优选、工艺流程确定、设备改造、参数优化、温湿度控制等方面入手,分析探讨了其生产工艺和质量控制体系,开发生产了20.83 tex一等品针织羊绒纱。
Abstract： Fine-tex woolen cashmere yarn is the inevitable requirement of the high-end cashmere yarn products. Based on the short process flow of fine tex woolen cashmere yarn production and the difficulty in spinning, it＇ s production process and quality control system are discussed and analyzed from raw material selection, technological process determination, equipment reformation, parameters optimization, temperature and humidity control, etc. And 20.83 tex woolen first class cashmere yarn has thus been developed.
