摘要
作为战略性新兴产业的重要领域,其专利布局是否能够支撑产业发展值得深入研究。用定量和定性的方法从生命周期、专利权人、技术领域、区域布局等角度对RFID技术领域专利进行计量分析,以揭示领域RFID技术领域专利竞争格局和发展趋势,研究发现:RFID产业技术创新活动十分活跃,处于成长期阶段;区域发展极不平衡,呈现明显的梯度化趋势;企业是RFID专利的主要研发力量,高校及科研院所侧重于基础研究;技术创新主要集中在小类G06K,"方法专利"和"物料管理"领域专利数量较多;国外企业专利质量高,已基本完成专利布局,正逐渐形成技术垄断等。
To a strategically important area of newly emerging industry, it is important to judge whether the patent layout can support indestry development. In view of the life cycle, patent holder, technical field and regional distribution, the paper analyzes RFID technology patent with the quantitative and qualitative methods, in order to reveal RFID technology situation, the competition pattern and the trend of development. The study found that the RFID industry technology innovation, which is in growth stage, is very active. But its regional de- velopment is uneven and presents obviously gradient tendency. Enterprises are the main research and development power of RFID patent, universities and research institutes focus on basic research. Technology innovation mainly focuses on class G06K. Most patents are about "method patent" and "material management". Patents from foreign enterprises are of high quality, foreign enterprises have completed patent layout and technology monopoly is forming.
