细胞间粘附分子-1与自身免疫性甲状腺疾病

摘要
近年研究表明细胞间粘附分子 1与自身免疫性甲状腺疾病发病密切相关 ,综述了细胞间粘附分子 1的结构和功能、在自身免疫性甲状腺疾病中的表达、与甲状腺浸润淋巴细胞之间的相互作用、与甲状腺自身抗体之间的关系以及在甲状腺功能亢进伴突眼中的作用 ,并且简述了细胞间粘附分子 1的单克隆抗体的应用。
