摘要
分析了马鞍形蒙皮件结构及其成形工艺特点,制定了针对性工艺方案,在数控横向拉形机上采用凹模纵向拉形新工艺,设计了合理的模具结构,实现了蒙皮件在数控拉形机上的拉形。
A process scheme was determined based on analysis or the structure ora saodie-shaped panel and its forming process characteristic. A longitudinal in-die stretch-forming process was adopted on the NC transversal stretch-forming machine which made it possi- ble for the panel stretched on NC stretch-forming machine.
