摘要
介绍了一款粮油瓶盖点浇口三板式注射模结构,模具采用定模顶杆推出和动模螺纹脱模以及顶杆气辅顶出机构,机构比较复杂。浇注系统和冷却系统结构设计合理,生产效率高。塑件脱模后无拉伤、变形,质量符合设计要求。
A three-plate injection mould with pin-point gate was developed which integrates the stripping by ejector in fixed half mechanism, demolding by thread in moving half mech- anism and air-assisted ejecting mechanism.
