摘要
在分析骨型架结构特点和材料性能的基础上,设计了骨型架塑件注射模的总体结构,保证了塑件的顺利成型和外观质量。介绍了设备的选择及成型零件、浇注系统、脱模机构的设计。生产上根据实际条件对成型工艺进行调整,取得了良好效果。
An injection mould was developed for a framework based on analysis of its structural features and material properties. The equipment selection, molding parts, gating system and demolding mechanism were presented.
